Just Know How Hard You Must Work
I read a very good restaurant reviews the other day. The food was advertised to be fantastic, and service the way it should be effective without being arrogant. I determined I wanted to try this place. So I phoned to make a reservation. Even if it makes a good hour before lunch, I was exchanged to voicemail, so I properly left a message.
The next day, after no response to my request to receive confirmation of my booking, I rang again. I rang three times before the man took the phone (I hung up on voice mail); to be told that the woman I spoke to did not know if the restaurant will be opened day I wanted. She took my number and promised me that the ring owner. Twenty-four hours later and he had not phoned.
I will not waste my time to stay away from voice mail again; I emailed the restaurant on an address given during the assessment. It was nearly two days before an electronic response arrived.
So I have a table, but I’m not sure I want to sit at it. As time passed, my continuing efforts to get the book became more an experiment to see if anyone EVER going to answer my question.
Do not your clients have work to do business with you because nine times out of ten they will not see the effort is importance and how they will take their custom elsewhere.
